FNBC TV is located next to crescent lake in the suburb area in Ho Chih Ming City. The project composes of three main TV studio buildings, one media centre and open-air auditorium open to public. Green roof gardens are added to the top of studio buildings for featuring local urban space and landscape. The key facade is to incorporate the locally produced sustainable materials into exterior walls with media integration which is friendly to its local neighbourhood.

FNBC電視台位於越南胡志明市郊半月湖旁, 本案包含3個主要的電視台攝影棚、媒體中心及公共露天表演場。 概念重點為發展綠色都市空間，綠化屋頂花園對外開放連結當地特色空間及景觀。多媒體外牆利用當地生產的永續材料整合進外牆，並配合多媒體科技及投影技術整合， 對周圍的社區環境更為友善。
